This Order follows an application under paragraph 2 of Schedule 6 to the Planning Act 2008 for a non-material change to clarify that mixed municipal waste can be treated as falling within the definition of processed municipal solid waste for the purposes of the 2015 Order. This Order, in article 3, provides for the insertion of a new definition into article 2(1) of the 2015 Order to that effect. The changes to the 2015 Order take effect from the date specified in this Order.
