(2) Paragraph (1) does not apply to any unmanned aircraft flying in accordance a permission issued by-
- (a) the Bedfordshire Police Counter-UAS Bronze Commander, or
- (b) the Bedfordshire Police Counter-UAS Tactics Advisor.
