- (2) In paragraph (1), 'the map' means the map marked 'Map referred to in the Birmingham East Mayoral Development Corporation (Establishment) Order 2026' of which prints signed by a Deputy Director in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government have been deposited, and are available for inspection, at the offices of the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government and at the offices of the West Midlands Combined Authority.
