- Citation, commencement and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 6th November 2025.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
The primary short title for these rules is the School Admissions (Admission Arrangements and Co-ordination of Admission Arrangements) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025.
They officially become effective law on November 6th, 2025.
