These Regulations establish a temporary restricted airspace zone, designated EGR1U083, around Gatcombe Park in Gloucestershire, prohibiting unmanned aircraft from flying below 1,700 feet above mean sea level within specified geographic coordinates due to security considerations related to the presence of Royal Family members; these rules came into force on May 14, 2026, and revoke a previous restriction order, while allowing exemptions for specific emergency services and authorized security personnel.

These Regulations establish a temporary, restricted flight zone around the Royal Air Force Cosford site in Shropshire to ensure public safety during scheduled flying displays set to take place from June 12th to June 14th, 2026, by prohibiting aircraft from flying below 5,300 feet above mean sea level within a 6 nautical mile radius of the centre point, except for aircraft operating under specific permissions granted by air traffic control or the Airshow Flying Display Director.

The Air Navigation (Restriction of Flying) (Glasgow Green) Regulations 2026 establish a temporary prohibition on the flying of unmanned aircraft below 1,300 feet above mean sea level over a specified area around Glasgow Green, Scotland, spanning from June 19th to June 21st, 2026, to ensure public safety and security during the TRNSMT Music Festival, with exemptions only for aircraft operated by or specifically permitted by Police Scotland.

These Regulations officially bring Sections 51 and 52 of the Mental Health Act 2025 into legal force starting April 6th, 2026.

Section 51 extends the Human Rights Act 1998 compatibility requirements to mental health services provided by private care providers across England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, while Section 52 places a specific duty on the Secretary of State to review and report on the regulations concerning notification to the Care Quality Commission when individuals under eighteen are admitted as inpatients for mental health treatment, applicable only to England.

These Regulations, made by the Secretary of State for Justice, amend existing commencement orders related to the Domestic Abuse Act 2021, specifically extending the pilot commencement dates for provisions under Part 3 of the Act in England and Wales until 24th November 2026.
